FastClerk is a document automation tool for Malaysian SMEs. It extracts data from source documents (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, images) and maps it into your required output format — such as MyInvois e-invoice JSON or UBS Excel — automatically using AI.

What document types does FastClerk support?

FastClerk supports PDF (native and scanned), Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV, and images (JPG, PNG, WebP). Scanned PDFs and images are processed using AI vision for field extraction.

Does FastClerk support MyInvois e-invoice format?

Yes. FastClerk includes a built-in MyInvois v1.1 preset that converts your invoice data to LHDN-compliant UBL 2.1 JSON for manual portal upload. It does not submit directly to LHDN — you download the JSON and upload it yourself.

Does FastClerk support UBS Accounting format?

Yes. FastClerk can map source document data to UBS Accounting Excel import format using a reusable template. Upload your source document, and FastClerk produces the correctly formatted Excel file.

Is my document data safe?

Source files are automatically deleted after 30 days and output files after 7 days. All processing happens on a private server — your documents are never shared or stored beyond these retention periods.
