What file types can I upload?

PDF (including scanned), Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV, and images (JPG, PNG, WebP). Scanned documents and photos work too — AI reads them like a human would.

Does it extract line items, not just header fields?

Yes. Upload an invoice and you get back the supplier info, every line item (description, quantity, unit price), and the totals — not just a flat list of fields. Same for POs, delivery orders, and receipts.

Can I upload a file with multiple invoices or transactions?

Yes. If you have 50 invoices in one PDF, or a bank statement with hundreds of transactions, FastClerk extracts each one separately. You get them all in a single export.

What ready-made templates are included?

Six templates out of the box: MyInvois e-invoice, invoice, purchase order, delivery order, receipt, and invoice register. You can also upload your own Excel or Word template.

How many free runs do I get?

The Free plan includes 5 lifetime runs — no credit card required. Starter (RM 9/month) gives 50 runs per month, and Pro (RM 29/month) gives 250 runs per month.

Is my document data safe?

Source files are automatically deleted after 30 days and output files after 7 days. All processing happens on a private server — your documents are never stored beyond these retention periods.
